Custom 465-H900 is Custom 465 in the H900 condition — peak-strength condition for maximum tensile/hardness where toughness and SCC margin are secondary. Rough machine in Condition A with sharp, rigid, positive-rake carbide tooling and heavy flood coolant; finish after aging with low feeds since aged 47–51 HRC material work-hardens and is abrasive due to Ti.
