FR-4 NEMA-G7 is FR-4 in the NEMA-G7 grade — silicone-resin / woven glass laminate — Class H thermal endurance (~220 °C), excellent arc resistance and low dielectric loss, modest strength. FR-4 NEMA-G7 has a tensile strength of 145 MPa (21 ksi), weaker than 62% of composite grades. Elongation at break is 1.8% and the elastic modulus is 13 GPa (1.89 Msi).
