Referral Program Terms

1. The program in one paragraph

Every FabDigit account holder has a personal referral code and link. When you refer a new customer and their first order is paid, the referred customer receives 5% off that first order (up to $500), and you receive a one-time $200 Amazon gift code — or, if the referred account belongs to your own company, a $300 FabDigit account credit instead. These Terms are part of the FabDigit Terms & Conditions.

2. What the referred customer gets

• 5% off their first paid order, capped at $500.
• The discount applies automatically at checkout when the account was created through a referral link, or when a valid referral code is entered at signup or checkout before the first order is paid.
• The discount has no expiration date, applies once per account, and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied retroactively to paid orders.

3. What the referrer gets

• A one-time $200 Amazon gift code for each new company you refer, payable after the referred customer's first order is paid and its cancellation window has passed.
• “New company” means a billing entity that has not previously placed a paid order with FabDigit, judged by billing company name, email domain, and ship-to address — not merely a new email address. Multiple accounts at the same company count as one company: one reward, ever, per referred company.
• If the referred account belongs to your own company (same employer or billing entity), the gift code is automatically replaced by a $300 FabDigit account credit valid for 180 days. This is intentional: cash rewards for steering your own employer's purchasing can violate commercial-bribery laws and most employers' codes of conduct, so we don't offer them.
• Before a gift code is issued you must confirm that accepting the reward does not violate your employer's policies or applicable law, that you disclosed the referral reward to the person you referred, and that the referred company is not your own employer.

4. Exclusions

• Orders placed by or on behalf of government agencies, or by contractors purchasing under a government contract, do not qualify for referral rewards.
• Self-referrals (using your own code on your own account) do not qualify.
• Employees and contractors of FabDigit, Inc. are not eligible for referrer rewards.

5. Taxes

Referral rewards may be taxable income to you. If your cumulative rewards require it, we will request a completed IRS Form W-9 before issuing further rewards and will report payments as required by law (e.g. Form 1099). You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

6. Fair play, clawbacks, and changes

• We may withhold, void, or claw back rewards obtained through misrepresentation, fabricated accounts, coordinated self-dealing, refunded or cancelled orders, or any breach of these Terms.
• We may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned under the rules in effect at the time of the qualifying order will be honored.
• Account credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and expires on the date shown in your account.
