Referral Program Terms

1. The program in one paragraph

Every FabDigit account holder has a personal referral code and link. When you refer a new customer and their first order is paid, a one-time $200 FabDigit account credit is added to your account automatically. These Terms are part of the FabDigit Terms & Conditions.

2. What the referred customer gets

• The standard new-account welcome credit, granted automatically at signup — the same credit every new FabDigit account receives. Referral codes do not carry an additional discount. (The former 5% first-order discount was discontinued on August 31, 2026; discounts already applied to orders placed before that date are unaffected.)
• The referral code links to their account when it is created through a referral link or when the code is entered at signup, and is used to attribute the referrer's reward.

3. What the referrer gets

• A one-time $200 FabDigit account credit for each new company you refer, granted when the referred customer's first order is paid. The credit is valid for 180 days and is applied automatically to your next order (parts or shipping).
• “New company” means a billing entity that has not previously placed a paid order with FabDigit, judged by billing company name, email domain, and ship-to address — not merely a new email address. Multiple accounts at the same company count as one company: one reward, ever, per referred company.
• Rewards are account credit only — never cash or cash equivalents. Credit belongs to the account it is granted to, so a referral of a colleague at your own company earns the same credit on your account. We don't pay cash for referrals because cash rewards for steering an employer's purchasing can violate commercial-bribery laws and most employers' codes of conduct.
• By sharing your link you confirm that accepting account credit does not violate your employer's policies or applicable law, and that you have told the person you referred that you receive a reward for the referral.

4. Exclusions

• Orders placed by or on behalf of government agencies, or by contractors purchasing under a government contract, do not qualify for referral rewards.
• Self-referrals (using your own code on your own account) do not qualify.
• Employees and contractors of FABDIGIT INC. are not eligible for referrer rewards.

5. Taxes

Account credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Depending on your circumstances, rewards may still be taxable income to you; you are responsible for your own tax obligations, and we will report as required by law.

6. Fair play, clawbacks, and changes

• We may withhold, void, or claw back rewards obtained through misrepresentation, fabricated accounts, coordinated self-dealing, refunded or cancelled orders, or any breach of these Terms.
• We may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned under the rules in effect at the time of the qualifying order will be honored.
• Account credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and expires on the date shown in your account.
