Loyalty Program Terms

1. The program in one paragraph

Every FabDigit account has a loyalty rank. Ranks are earned automatically from your lifetime paid spend with FabDigit. Reaching a new rank grants a one-time account credit, and higher ranks add a permanent percentage discount applied automatically at checkout. Your current rank, progress, and the full rank ladder are shown in your account menu. These Terms are part of the FabDigit Terms & Conditions.

2. How ranks are earned

• Rank progress counts settled cash payments on your account. Redeemed account credit, refunded amounts, and cancelled orders do not count.
• Upgrades are automatic once a rank's spend threshold is reached. Ranks are never taken away by the automation — your rank does not decay over time.
• FabDigit may also assign a rank manually (for example, invited accounts).

3. What ranks unlock

• Unlock credit — a one-time account credit granted the first time your account reaches a rank. Each rank's credit can be granted at most once per account. Credits expire on the date shown in your account, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
• Loyalty discount — a percentage discount on the parts subtotal, applied automatically at checkout. The rate applied to an order is the rate in effect for your rank at the time the order is placed.
• Rank benefits may exclude certain charges (for example shipping, taxes, or duties) as shown at checkout.

4. Program changes

• The rank ladder shown in your account — including thresholds, unlock credits, and discount rates — describes the program as it exists today. FabDigit may modify, suspend, or end the program, or change any rank's thresholds and benefits, at any time.
• Changes apply prospectively: account credit already granted keeps its stated amount and expiry, and discounts already applied to placed orders are not affected.
• Displayed future benefits (ranks you have not yet reached) are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.

5. Fair play

• We may withhold or reverse rank upgrades, credits, or discounts obtained through fabricated accounts, payment abuse, or any breach of these Terms or the FabDigit Terms & Conditions.
• One account per customer counts toward one ladder.
